Admissions Requirements for Fall 2025
The application for the Fall 2025 Nursing program is now open. Attending an information session is strongly encouraged before applying. Please read the following requirements carefully before applying to ensure eligibility.
The Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing and has full approval from the Board of Registration in Nursing of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Nursing Program offers a specific sequence of courses that lead to the Associate of Science Degree.
Upon successful completion of the degree program, the Director of the Nursing Program will furnish documentation to the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing verifying that a student has met the legal responsibilities to be eligible for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Cape Cod Community College Nursing Program graduates are licensed as Registered Nurses upon successful completion of the NCLEX-RN.
Information sessions are the best way for a prospective student to learn more about the ASN program, immunization requirements, and tips for submitting a competitive application. The Admissions Office and the Program Director are available during these sessions to answer specific questions you may have. All information sessions are hosted virtually via Zoom.
